I provide organizational development, management training, and instructional design services to entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 employees, and government officials. Sensitive to the unique challenges and learning styles of adult learners, I assign activities relevant to their professional perspective. Realizing relevancy is essential to discovery, I avoid assignments requiring repetition. I leverage technology to increase engagement, manage knowledge, and maximize learning. Encouraging attendees to actively engage rather than passively listen, they implement what they learn in their organizations. It is for this reason that I am motivated by my motto “learn continuously, live generatively.” Selected clients and programs delivered follow.
