I provide organizational development, management training, and instructional design services to entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 employees, and government officials. Sensitive to the unique challenges and learning styles of adult learners, I assign activities relevant to their professional perspective. Realizing relevancy is essential to discovery, I avoid assignments requiring repetition. I leverage technology to increase engagement, manage knowledge, and maximize learning. Encouraging attendees to actively engage rather than passively listen, they implement what they learn in their organizations.
